25 Healthy Things to do When You’re Alone

Hey Friends! 

Hope your all settling into your January routine nicely! For me the transition means that everyone goes back to work and I am left by myself again. My Mr. works nights and I have few friends in the area, so my nights and days off are spent mostly alone! This used to really bother me, and I had no idea what to do with myself. It was a constant struggle to stay busy and I often ended up on the couch in front of the TV. Not really the best way to live life… 

So for you this week I have put together a small list of some HEALTHY activities that you can do when your by yourself! I hope you gain a bit of inspiration from my little list and that it motivates you to get up and get active!

  2. Some great tips there! Some I might do include trying mediation, trying new healthy recipe and learning something new. I love yoga already, always write in a diary/journal (find it helps see progress through the year), food diary (find it guilts me into being more reserved with my bad food choices/cravings).

  3. I’m going to try the green tea- after going back to work today after my summer holidays and having 5 coffees! I’m not sure I’m going to like it, but better than being super wired.

    1. Probably a good switch to make but don’t go talking crazy and giving up the coffee all together! Haha! I guess if you can it wouldn’t be bad for you… but it’s not awful in small quantities. and theres more then one type of green tea! check out one of those fancy tea shops like Davids Tea… they’ll show you a whole new world of flavours!
